Each emotion is here for a reason. It equips us with exactly what we need in each moment, if we learn to channel it.


Sadness signals that it's time to reflect because you have lost or are about to lose something that is important to you.

Feeling Anger brings us energy and motivation to make things right when we think something is unfair or something stands in our way.

Happiness means that things are going well and you seem to be on the right track, so it's time to enjoy!
